SMS & Mobile Data Notice: Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties under any circumstances. No mobile phone numbers collected through our SMS program will be sold, rented, or shared with any third party or affiliate for marketing or promotional purposes at any time.
1. Who We Are
DIALED is a screen time accountability iOS application developed by Levi Black ("we," "our," "us"). This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect information when you use the DIALED app or visit leviblack12.com.
2. Information We Collect
- Name — entered by you when setting up your profile in the app
- Phone numbers — of accountability partners you choose to invite via the app
- Screen time thresholds — the daily limits you configure within the app
- Alert logs — records of when your screen time limits were triggered
- SMS consent records — when a partner accepts an invite, we record their consent timestamp and token
We do not collect your actual screen time data. All screen time monitoring is performed locally on your device by Apple's Screen Time framework. No raw screen time data is ever transmitted to our servers.
3. How We Use Your Information
- To send SMS alerts to accountability partners who have explicitly opted in, when you exceed a screen time threshold you set
- To manage your accountability partner relationships within the app
- To deliver personalized invite links to contacts you choose to invite
- To record and honor SMS opt-in and opt-out preferences
4. SMS Messaging & Mobile Data
DIALED sends SMS messages only to individuals who have explicitly opted in by visiting leviblack12.com/invite and clicking "Accept as Accountability Partner."
Opt-in: Consent is collected via our web opt-in page at leviblack12.com/invite. No messages are sent to any number before opt-in is completed.
Opt-out: Recipients may opt out at any time by replying STOP to any message. After opting out, no further messages will be sent.

Message frequency: Message frequency varies based on the sender's screen time activity, typically 1–5 messages per day.
Rates: Message and data rates may apply depending on your mobile carrier plan.
Mobile Data Sharing Policy: We do not sell, rent, lease, or share mobile phone numbers or SMS opt-in consent data with any third parties, affiliates, lead generators, or marketing partners — ever. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent is never shared with any third party.
5. Data Storage & Security
Your data is stored securely using Supabase (supabase.com), a SOC 2-compliant infrastructure provider. Data is retained only as long as your account is active. You may request deletion at any time by contacting us.
6. Third-Party Service Providers
We use the following services solely to operate DIALED. None of these providers receive your data for their own marketing purposes:
- Supabase — database and backend infrastructure (supabase.com)
- Twilio — SMS delivery infrastructure only (twilio.com)
- Apple Screen Time API — local on-device screen time monitoring only
We do not use advertising networks, data brokers, or analytics services that collect user data for marketing purposes.
7. Children's Privacy
DIALED is not intended for users under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided information to us, please contact us immediately.

9. Changes to This Policy
